- Digital Nature of Service: EDUSAP provides non-tangible, irrevocable goods in the form of digital services.
- Non-Returnable/Non-Transferable: These goods are intangible and cannot be returned or transferred once enrollment is completed.
- Acknowledgement: By enrolling in our services, you acknowledge that our goods are non-tangible and irrevocable, and you understand and accept our no-refund policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Subscription Termination: While enrollment is irrevocable and non-refundable, Organizations may choose to cancel their recurring subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles.
- Service Access: Access to the platform will continue until the end of the current paid billing period, at which point the cancellation will take effect.
