Our Role: Edusap acts primarily as a Data Processor on behalf of educational institutions (the “Organizations”). The respective Organization serves as the Data Controller and is responsible for obtaining the necessary consents and determining the legal basis for processing student and staff data.

We collect information necessary to provide, maintain, and improve our services:

User-Provided Information: Name, email address, phone number, physical address, and profile pictures.
Academic & Institutional Data: Student ID, attendance records, mark sheets, grade history, homework submissions, and exam schedules.
Financial Information: Fee payment records and transaction history. Note: Payment processing is handled by secure third-party gateways; Edusap does not store full credit card numbers or CVV details on its servers.
Technical Data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, device IDs, and usage patterns gathered via cookies to improve site functionality.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Platform Functionality: To manage admissions, attendance, timetables, and academic evaluations.
Communication: To send automated notifications, fee reminders, absence alerts, and institutional announcements via SMS, email, or in-app alerts.
